1. Nature of the Event

Dubai Property Expo (the “Event”) is a private, invitation-only real estate exhibition organised by Park Lane Premium Properties LLC, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (the “Organiser”).

The Event is exclusively intended for individuals considering the purchase or investment in real estate within the United Arab Emirates and does not constitute a public event, general networking platform, open-access business forum, or promotional marketplace.

2. Invitation, Registration & No Guaranteed Admission

2.1. Access to the Event is subject to prior registration and/or invitation through the Organiser’s official channels, including the official website, digital advertising platforms, third-party registration tools, or on-site registration at the reception desk, subject to approval.

2.2. Registration, receipt of an invitation, confirmation message, QR code, badge, or any other access material shall not constitute a guarantee of entry, nor create any contractual right, entitlement, or legitimate expectation of admission.

2.3. Invitations and registrations may be issued automatically, inadvertently, or in error, including to individuals whose professional activity, intent, or objectives do not align with the private format, target audience, or purpose of the Event.

2.4. Final admission is subject at all times to on-site verification and full compliance with this Policy.

3. Accompanied Access Requirement

3.1. Entry to the main exhibition area is permitted only when accompanied by an authorised Park Lane Manager.

3.2. Unaccompanied access to the exhibition area is strictly prohibited.

3.3. A Park Lane Manager may be assigned in advance or on-site at the registration desk, subject to availability and approval.

4. Definitions

4.1. “Park Lane Manager” means an officially authorised representative of Park Lane Premium Properties LLC appointed to accompany guests, facilitate access, provide information, and manage the guest’s visit during the Event.

4.2. “Event Staff” means individuals authorised by the Organiser, including hostesses, registration personnel, operational staff, private security personnel, and venue representatives responsible for access control and enforcement of this Policy.

5. Personal Data, Communications & Notice

5.1. The Organiser may collect and process personal data, including email address, phone number, or both, for Event-related purposes, including access management, communications, and post-event follow-ups.

5.2. Official notices, including this Policy, may be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or other electronic means, and such communication shall be deemed legally valid notice.

5.3. The Organiser bears no responsibility for any individual’s failure to read, review, or familiarise themselves with this Policy once it has been made available electronically or published on the official Event website.

6. Confidentiality & Commercial Sensitivity

6.1. The Event involves confidential and commercially sensitive information, including personal data of guests, non-public pricing, investment terms, off-market opportunities, and proprietary materials.

6.2. Any unauthorised access, solicitation, recording, use, or disclosure of such information is strictly prohibited.

7. Restricted Attendance, Commercial Activity & Conflict of Interest

7.1. To protect confidentiality, prevent conflicts of interest, and preserve the purpose of the Event, the Organiser reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or revoke access to individuals who, in the reasonable determination of Event Staff, are attending or attempting to attend the Event for purposes other than personal property purchase or investment consideration, including but not limited to individuals:

  • acting in a professional real estate capacity, including agents, brokers, intermediaries, or representatives of competing agencies;

  • seeking to attend together with or on behalf of their own clients;

  • engaging in or intending to engage in business networking unrelated to property acquisition;

  • promoting, marketing, or seeking opportunities for their own business, products, services, platforms, or projects;

  • soliciting contacts, leads, partnerships, or commercial opportunities;

  • attending primarily for observational, competitive intelligence, or commercial prospecting purposes.

7.2. These restrictions apply regardless of prior registration, invitation status, or stated personal interest.

7.3. Attendance claimed to be for general interest, networking, or exploratory business purposes shall not be deemed compatible with the Event’s intended format.

8. Right of Admission & Security Authority

8.1. The Organiser reserves the full and unconditional right of admission.

8.2. The Organiser, acting through Event Staff and private security personnel appointed by the Organiser, may refuse entry, limit access, or request immediate departure where an individual is deemed to violate this Policy or the Event’s purpose.

8.3. All such decisions are final and binding, and no compensation or claim shall arise as a result.

9. Media, Photography & Recording

9.1. Photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place during the Event for promotional and commercial purposes.

9.2. By attending or attempting to attend the Event, individuals irrevocably consent to the use of their image, likeness, or voice without compensation.

9.3. Unauthorised recording or content creation by attendees is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the Organiser.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UAE law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from denied entry, restricted access, or failure to review this Policy.

11. Acceptance of Policy

Registration for, attempt to access, or attendance at the Event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai.
